1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Majik's Kids ("the Service"), operated by Magic Unicorn Inc ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

2. Service Description

Majik's Kids is a children's music streaming platform designed for children ages 0 to 12. The Service provides:

• Curated, age-appropriate music streaming
• Parent-managed child profiles with customizable listening preferences
• Content organized by age group, activity type, and character
• Daily listening time limits set by parents
• Ad-free listening experience

3. Parent Accounts

Only parents and legal guardians may create accounts on Majik's Kids. By creating an account, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are the parent or legal guardian of any child for whom you create a profile
• You consent to your child's use of the Service under your supervision
• You are responsible for all activity on your account, including activity through child profiles

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Child Profiles

Child profiles are created and managed entirely by parent accounts. Our child-profile controls include:

• Children do not create their own accounts or provide any personal information
• Child profiles contain only a display name (chosen by the parent), age group, avatar, and listening preferences
• Parents can modify or delete child profiles at any time
• Profile details are private and controlled by the parent account

5. Content

All music and content on Majik's Kids is curated and reviewed before publication:

• Every track undergoes content review for age-appropriateness before becoming available on the platform.
• Content is tagged with age groups, activity types, and educational categories to help parents find suitable music.
• We reserve the right to remove any content at any time if it is found to be inappropriate for the intended audience.
• All content is provided for personal, non-commercial streaming use only. You may not download, redistribute, or create derivative works from content on the Service.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

• The Service offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Free accounts have limited daily listening per child profile.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice. Price changes do not affect the current billing period.
• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for assistance.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Use automated tools to access or scrape content from the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Record, download, or redistribute content from the Service
• Circumvent any access controls or usage limits

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination:

• Child profiles and directly linked personalized-song requests will be deleted
• Active subscriptions will be canceled at the end of the current billing period
• You will lose access to all content and features

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magic Unicorn Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
